These terms govern the use of the Voltage Africa website and, once launched, the Voltage Africa platform operated by Voltage Africa.
Voltage Africa connects technicians (electricians, solar installers, network and IT professionals) with companies seeking local partners. Membership is free for technicians. Paid subscriptions apply to partner companies as described on the Investors & Partners page.
Users must provide accurate information. Profiles, projects, certificates and reviews must reflect real work. Fake reviews, plagiarized photos or misleading claims lead to removal of XP, suspension or permanent exclusion.
XP and VIP points are granted according to the published rules and have no cash value. Voltage Africa may adjust point values, correct manipulated scores and remove fraudulent entries at any time to keep rankings fair.
Users keep the rights to the content they upload and grant Voltage Africa a simple, revocable license to display it on the platform. Illegal, discriminatory or infringing content is prohibited.
Voltage Africa provides a directory and matchmaking service. Contracts for technical work are concluded directly between companies and technicians; Voltage Africa is not a party to those contracts.
